I just purchased a home in Perris Ca and would like to set up a faculity for elderly care. I called the city and the zoning area is perfect for the busiess. What I have done to prepare my self for the start up business is researched different facilites, completed classes and passed the state test. I have received my administrative license and preparing to network. I have alot of love to offer my residents and have many creative ideals to make this happen. Also my long term goals are to open up a shelter for the homeless and battered women with childern. My first phase on this project is to set up the home that meets state standards hire caretakers and continue to work until the business is stable. Once the home is completed with 6 residences then I will open up another home and work full time in the business. I have established payment methods and total care for the residences. What I need is an investor to help make this happen not only for me but my clients as well is to set up the furnishing that is required along with equipments to suit their needs. This is my way of giving back to the community and giving much needed care along with love.
