The LLC was founded in December 2006, but was simply fulfilling small client contracts and projects through 2009, as it was a part time endeavor working with a handful of clients each year. In mid-2009, the founder began allocating 50% of his time toward developing the business model and serviced only 3-4 clients while the company model was being redeveloped. During this time, more energy was focused on scalable solutions for clients rather than just strategic thinking and consulting. In early 2010, we launched are first set of tools on a scalable level that addressed the strategies that we were utilizing with our clients.
The set of tools and solutions has since grown through 2010, and we have seen which ones are the most profitable. We have also better determined how to work through the scalability and many of the customer service issues with our solutions. A Client Service Manager has been hired to handle the increased number of clients, which has allowed for continued growth through client acquisition.
We presently have appr. $140,000 in client contracts to deliver solutions over the next 3-12 months, along with a-la-carte service orders from clients equaling about $5,000 / mo in one time fees. We are growing revenue at appr. 25% per month.
