This is a restaurant bar and grill in a small 2 square mile town. My Fiancé and I were in the process of trying to become partners with 2 other people were in the last minute the man that holds 100 % ownership turned around the day he was to sign and push him out when we were the ones that brought him in. Now he wants to sell the 100% property to us for a values of 765,000 but we need to come up with 500,000. This restaurant has been the heart and soul of this town and a dream of ours for years as we both grew up in this town.
