We are a small real estate investment company that specialize in buying very deeply discounted properties in Detroit, Pontiac, Flint and Mt Morris Michigan areas that are in need of re hab work. After the purchase we have the people and systems in place to repair the properties usually in two to three weeks depending on condition of property and inspections needed. At this point we are renting the properties with the intention of holding for an estimated five years until the Michigan real estate market turns around. I have been buying rental properties in Michigan for the last eight years and have the contacts and resources to find the right deal. in February 2007 after being laid off again from my new construction superintendent position I decided to take my real estate investing from a s
