I have another client who is selling a turn key hemp farm in Kentucky and Colorado they are looking for a buyer to take over the whole 309 acres. Asking 20mill for deal.
I have client looking for JV Partners in for a few real estate projects. They are looking to purchase a few places in Florida for AirBnB and Apartment complexes , Stronger facility,.
