Julietta Jean’’s RECOVERY & LIVING CENTER, dba “JJ’s House” is a safe affordable living facility providing a beacon of healing, happiness, hope, productivity and success for women who desire to recover from drug and alcohol addiction, domestic violence, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, homelessness and unemployment. It is funded through public and private donations and contributions and has a close relationship to the Church of Love Divine which is a 501(c)(3) church. "JJ's House" is being created to provide a viable living situation and a formula of positive productivity and a change of life for single women and women with children who have a desire to recover from addiction of prescription drug abuse illicit drug abuse alcohol abuse domestic violence and abuse trauma of homelessness sexual abuse and exploitation trauma of unemployment JJ's House provides safe, affordable housing so the women and children can be sheltered while they progress into good health, good habits, independence, positivity, productivity and self-reliance. Mission: -To provide affordable, safe, spiritual-based sober living (as is fostered in various 12 step fellowship programs), for single women and women with children who have a desire to recover from drug and alcohol addiction and abuse, domestic violence, sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, the trauma of homelessness and the trauma of unemployment. -To provide financial, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual support to these families as the mothers acquire life skills, job skills, parenting skills, training, education, self-reliance and independence so they can heal, progress, and provide for themselves and their children in an environment of love, unity, respect and positivity. -To provide a safe, structured, positive, loving and nurturing environment to the children while their mothers are becoming able to independently provide a healthy positive family lifestyle for their families. -To help stop the cycle of addiction, violence, neglect, homelessness, unemployment, helplessness, hopelessness, negativity and abuse so these families can have a better chance at healthy, responsible and love filled self-reliant living. -To pass these skills to future generations. Vision: -To lead the safe, affordable housing revolution for families who have a desire for a positive and productive recovery from negative substances and influences. -To build JJ's House all across the globe. JJ's House shines a guiding light over a path toward wellness, independence and love. -To perpetuate our loving motto of “changing lives through changing minds” JJ's House will raise funds by seeking gifts and donations from the private sector. JJ's House will have 1 single-family unit complex with the plan of adding 5 more as funds are acquired then launching global facilities as the funds become available. Our start up costs will be gradually increasing. We will begin with costs for printing, and postage for fundraising, rental property acquisition and furnishings. We will buy software for record keeping and tax information. These costs will start at about $1,078,034.00. The total cost will change as we acquire the needed facilities to achieve our goals based upon property locations and availability. JJ's House will start with one employee who will serve a 3-in-1 position consisting of office “Superintendent”, “House Mother”, and “Success Supervisor”. JJ's House will raise funds as it progresses and will not plan to incur debt.
