We are an urban record company who promotes positive urban living mixed in with the harsh realities of the consequences that come from making the wrong decisions.
Our Main Artist, Young Stratus, with whom we have been grooming for about four years now has completely evolved into major recording artist material. Everything about him from his look, to his catchy hooks(chorus's), to his presence is ready to be packaged up and presented to the world. Over the last four years, we have been recording trying to garner that totally unique sound, we have been building relationships with Recording Industry Brass, we've been building relationships with music directors from urban markets outside of our home market, we have also been building relationships with budding recording stars and have also been featured in the Tabi Bonney music video "The Pocket" which recieved heavy rotation on MTV, and MTV Africa.
Though this last stretch of recording the debut for Young Stratus entitled "Peer Pressure" We have stumbled on an unexpected financial hardships. Street Alumni Records is requesting a serious lifeline to stop the tragedy of good studio recorded material from being completely wasted.
