Bakers' Southern Traditions is a gourmet peanut processing company located in Northeastern North Carolina. We use locally grown peanuts, many which are grown by the Baker family, to cook our peanut candies and snacks. We sell both wholesale and retail, to customers large and small. Some of our larger customers are grocery stores including Food Lion, Harris-Teeter, Lowe's Foods, Publix and several military commissaries. Our smaller customers include specialty and gourmet gift shops and gift basket companies. On the retail side, we do have a retail store at our processing location and we sell online.
We have seen growth every year, with about a 20% increase in sales from 2016 to 2017.
Our plan now is to develop and grow our Corporate Gift Basket market while also continuing to grow our wholesale and retail markets.
We are looking for an investor to assist us not only financially, but also as a counselor and mentor.
