Description:
Two partners and I are looking to open a hostel in a Colorado ski town. Specifically, we would market to a younger crowd who would like to stay in a place that is inexpensive and has a fun environment. We would be selling the environment more than the actual lodging. There would be both dormitory-style rooms and private rooms. We are in the very early stages of development.
