Description: The Leieritz Brewing Company, LLC is a microbrewery located in Denver, CO. Our company has 3 primary objectives 1) Market a beer that is a daily drinking beer 2) Provide this beer to the public at a reasonable price 3) Expand market share dramatically year over year by providing a consistent, proven product. We will only be marketing 3 beers during the first year or two of business. The primary product is a smooth drinking stout with mild coffee and citrus aromas - no bitter aftertaste. Our secondary product is a German style Hefeweizen that has slight banana/clove scents. It is stronger than an American wheat, but not as sour as the traditional German Hefe. Our third product is a traditional Octoberfest. The company strategy is to build our brand one relationship at a time, focusing on local restaurants and bars. Our preliminary market research indicates that there are well over 500 taps in the Denver area alone that do not have a keg attached to them. We want to get about 50 of those during our first year. Primary obstacles for companies getting on those taps have been 1) contracts 2) consistency of product 3) poor sales strategies that turn off purchasing managers. With 12 years in quality control and successful sales in various fortune 500 companies, the management believes that we have the proper controls and approaches to penetrate the market in short order. Thanks for looking.
