I am trying to find investors so that I can open a fine dining restaurant with a casual atmosphere. I have created a small seasonal menu with daily chef specials. everything will be made in house ( breads, pastries, dressings, everything). I am a Le Cordon Bleu certified chef and have a great passion for cooking. I grew up in Vernal and have been cooking since I was a small boy. I know what kind of food will sell here and how badly this town needs a restaurant of this style. some have tried but they didn't have the passion and vision to make it work.
