La Raza Noticias is a family owned business which began in January 2008 in a small Apartment at Katy, by Daniel Baute. Daniel who work for his own business since 1992, (he has been Importing and Exporting since he was young and is quite accomplished). He also continues creating more business to help USA economy which he takes great pleasure in.
As president of La Raza Noticias, my personal objective is to celebrate a 1 year Anniversary with more than 100 customers. To remain a company with the strength to last in the future we must have a culture which encourages integrity, compassion, and accountability. I believe, as a company we need to create an environment where we bring out the best in others. When the people within the company thrive and succeed in all aspects of their life, so will our customers and all they interact with. It is a win-win environment for all.
Over the years it is ideas from the associates that has improved and changed the paper and has also changed the way we do business. It is their interest in the welfare and success of the readers and advertisers that has established a loyal following of customers.
