1. Start-up 'turnkey' telecommunications company in the US with potential immediate backlog of work via acquisition of 2 similar companies. Bonding capacity up to 10 Million USD. Provides engineering and construction of fiber optic installation for major US operators. Also will have telephone license rights to operate network. Seeking 3 million USD.
2. Start-up real estate investment company wth own financial resources to purchase, rehabilitate and rent to HUD approved tenants. 95% occupancy rates currently. Seeking 600,000 USD as investment capital to acquire deed f trust as collateral on 16 homes in Mississippi. New markets to follow. JV partnering is an option, with 50% net equity sharing on resale. Assignment of note also possible.
