I am not a company but rather a designer who is looking for an investor to help me to fill a purchase order from Spencer Gifts that range between 10,000-70,000 garments (printed t-shirts). I have two manufacturing companies that are willing and able to manufacture the needed product to satisfy Spencer's purchase order. The amount of garments dependant upon the number of desighn that are accepted. Each picture has a minimum of 10,000. I have 31 pieces of artwork ready to send.
Spencer Gifts do not provide any upfront monies for first time vendors and will payout 1 month after holloween. I intend to set up a trust fund between the investor and myself with an agreed upon bank that will be formed upon a mutual agreement. This agreement decides how the incoming check will be disperse
