With reality shows rapidly growing, the P.A.P.S starving artists competition project was designed based on some of these shows such as American Idol, X Factor, & The Voice. A few playwright producer’s networked together, & created a contest within a competition. The producers are competing for the 2013 National Gospel Playwright Competition Award. By doing this we developed the 2012 starving artist auditions. The auditions was the incentive benefit for both the playwrights, & the starving artists.
Networking and merge upcoming playwrights with starving artists. Would not just allow playwrights the opportunity to get their work off the ground, but also provide many jobs, & starving artists a better opportunity to accomplish their dreams.
