Description:
Our goal is to revitalize low income areas and offer the rehabbed houses to Section 8 families, which currently is exploding at the seams. It is important to us to offer a good quality product to any potential rentor thus minimizing such expenses as heat, and electric. The current properties are in an up and coming area in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
