We currently have a very busy dog grooming and boarding facility. Im seeking to buy a 35 acre farm in delmar delaware. The property has 2 chicken houses, but one is only operational. The other chicken house 40x400 we would build 48 horse stalls and the going rate for rent is $300.00 dollars per month. Also we will be breeding horses as well. we also intend on building 5 50x500 ft chicken houses . We already have a contract with Perdue farms for 15 years at $12,000.00 per house ,per flock that we grow. We will have 6 flocks a year this farm will gross 12 million dollars in 15 years.
