Description:
I am trying to put together a saloon for the ages of 18 and above. The reason this could be very profitable is because ther are no other saloons in Shawnee that are eighteen to enter. There are many clubs and bars but none of them target this age group. I have a building that is in a good location, in the historic downtown. I am looking for 120,000.00 dollars that will buy the building and pay for the renovation costs. The address is 702 E. Main st.
