For the past few years me and my partner have been seperately investing in real estate by "flipping" properties. In late 2007 we joined forces to pool our resources. In the past year we have completed six deals with an average net profit of $24,000. Despite the slow marker many of properties last only days on the market if they aren't bought before we have the chance to put them on the market. The last deal we sold was placed on the market on a Wednesday night and by Friday morning had recieved two offers over our asking price. We will make an approximate net profit of $30,000 on this deal, with less than $25,000 out of pocket. My partner has been a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years.
