Description: We are a small boutique winery located in the heart of Downtown Everett, WA. We have been producing wine commercially for about 3 years now. We are Structural Engineers by day and winemakers by night. We have taken our passion for wine from our home to a small winery. We are currently looking to find investors who share the same passion as us; to help us continue to keep our doors open in 2013. We are looking to get $30,000.00 by the end of August 2013. We need to purchase grapes for this coming wine season. This is a make it or break it year for us. If we can get through this year we have currently have wine aging in barrels that will ready to go from here on out. This investment will be paid back in at 100% plus the total investment in wine. The investment would be returned in about 1-3 years depending on the type of wine you choose to invest in. Below is sample breakdown of the investment based on a small investment between $750-$1250.00 . (Please choose from one of the three or all of the following) 1. White Wines: $750.00 1-year investment 2. Red Wines: $1000.00 2-year investment 3. Syrah & Malbec: $1250.00 3-year investment Wine prices at the winery will be adjusted accordingly as follows: 1. White wine: $15.00 per bottle: 750/15= 50 bottles 2. Red wine: $17.00 per bottles: 1000/17=59 bottle 3. Syrah: $19.00 per bottle: 1250/19=66 bottles Why should you invest in us? We have a special niche in the community. Unlike most wineries we are environmentally and socially conscious. We reuse wine bottles donated to us from business around the area for bottling all our wine. We hire special needs people to help with the cleaning of the bottles and bottling. We sponsor many non-profits and allow them to use our space at no cost for their events. We also donate our wine for charity events. We have a vision and love for this winery and hope to see if grow even more in the future. We are also open to not only have investors get us through this season but maybe as a permanent fixture.
