I am wishing to start up a Non-Profit Organization. More than likely it will be named "Kicking Cancer" of some type. The primary purpose is to raise funds for a friends son who is battling cancer for their Foundation, as well as, sending funds to American Cancer Society, Stand Up to Cancer & V Foundation for Cancer Research.
We already are working on establishing a Soccer Tournament for this.
We are looking to get $1000 to get the Non Profit Organization started through Legal Zoom. Since everything else will be volunteered (paper, website, communication, advertising) we aren't needing funds for this. We will work with several sponsors to help pay for the soccer fields to rent and businesses to donate items, etc for the raffle during the tournament.
