Description:
This is a horse ranch. We don't breed except a baby or two to teach our clients all that is involved with the making of a good riding horse.
Our customers come to visit and can choose to ride, groom, watch or do whatever they want. We have found a tremendous need for a place where people can come and feel safe while they learn about horses.
We have taken in groups of young, old and even blind so they can enjoy the often therapeutic nature of horsemanship.
This facility is located less than one mile from Highway 99 in California and the local Lodi Airport. The same freeway exit offers a great place to stop for food and a cappuccino.
Everything is ready to go but for two things:
1. Remove old mobile and replace with two rentable units (cabin (URL removed) (URL removed).
