2. Invest Africa, Inc. (IAI) activates Bonny Light Crude Oil (BLCO) contracts for procurement, conveyance and delivery to refineries and end users worldwide.
Invest Africa, Inc. (IAI) is now an affiliate agent to Dark Star Energy (Pty), Ltd., a Botswana company and mandate to BOL, Botswana Oil, Ltd., (The National Oil Company of Botswana and a Sovereign Nation). IAI's relationship with DSE allows Invest Africa to sell and deliver to its customers Bonny Light Crude Oil from African oil producers as a Dark Star Energy affiliate under DSE's entitlement at a discount.
* Immediate delivery and available allocations to Invest Africa's customers beginning May 2016 are as follows:
•1M to 4M bbls per month are available for sale at a discount direct from the African oil producers storage facilities through our agency relationship with Dark Star Energy, as a mandate to BOL, Botswana's National Oil Co.
•The African oil producer issues a performance bond for LC (Spot) or SBLC (monthly deliveries) per shipment to end users.
•An LOI (Letter of Intent) to Invest Africa, Inc. from the Buyer will begin the process.
•Standard due-diligence and verification is confidential with an NCND and is transparent to parties under protocol for BOL, DSE, IAI and the African oil producer.
