The name of this project has yet to be established. I currently have a 56 acre property located in Green OH (between Akron and Canton) and am looking to build an assisted living facility as well as senior marketed housing.
The property has already been rezoned for this project. It is zoned for the erection of a 100 bed assisted living facility with 60 senior apartments attached. The propery is also zoned for 147 units for either rental or sale.
The preliminary drawings have been approved for this project and the property has sewer and water access.
I am looking for either an equity partner or an investor to finance the project in it's entirity.
