I have a extreme sport store specializing in paintball and airsoft. Many other gadgets and self defense items in addition. We've been in the same shopping mall for 3+years. Our store size is 1800 sqft, Annual sales were between 400k to 500k a year. The store cost me $60k to open and was built from my own two hands. I've sold half of it to a partner.
