We have formed a corporation this year with my business partner Kenneth Ong to re-enter the real estate investing business. The opportunities for phenomenal growth and profitability in today's marketplace are exceptional. We are current seeking cash liquidity to acquire deeply discounted REO single and multifamily properties to either wholesale to other investors, fix & flip to retail buyers at a discount or hold the choicest properties for long term equity and cash flow.
Currently Kenneth and myself are employed full time in other fields and are working 30 to 40 hours each week on building our real estate business.
We currently have 2 single family HUD homes under contract scheduled to close in May that we are seeking capital for the purchase and renovation. Our plan for these properties is to purchase, repair and sell them retail at below market value in June with a minimum of 30% return on investment.
We are looking for an cash equity partner who can furnish the acquisition/rehab capital necessary to fund these projects and 100's more in the next 12 months to 5 years.
