Description:
convience store/ deli, liquor store. we are on big intersection with a traffic count of over 22,000 cars a day, plus another 700 (URL removed) is at the only 4 way stop in town and a new subdivision behind the store with 75 new houses soon to be coming. it is an older building that is need of updating. it was set up as a c storew 20+ years ago. the deli does a great business but it isn't set up well not very efficent, and the equipment isn't commercial grade, need to have new items to get more costumers in the evenings
