I have done some real estate investing on a small scale personally. I worked closely with a developer that bought and rehabbed properties as a business. After working with this person I grew the passion to learn more and try my hand in real estate investing. I started my real estate journey with a duplex. I bought the duplex back in 2019 and rehabbed one unit and lived in the other. After the rehab was completed I rented the rehabbed unit and rehabbed the second unit. During this time I picked up another property. This property being a SFH. I rehabbed both the 2nd unit of the duplex and the SFH. Late 2021 I sold the duplex and summer of 2022 I sold the SFH. I currently am rehabbing a lake house that I plan to use as a STR. I am looking for a capital loan so that I can act on deals faster and with cash offers. The funds will go towards funding the deals and the renovation costs. Looking for a investor that is willing to work with someone that will do whatever it takes to succeed!
