I have 20+ years experience as a business owner and entrepreneur. I have been involved in seven different start-up companies in five different industries. I have been involved in the subdividing and selling of over 5,000 single family lots and hold a real estate license in two different states as well as being a Mortgage Broker in Canada. I have also been trained in the art of developing strategic alliances.
Over the past several years I have been developing a unique business model that combines the power of entrepreneurship, vision, longevity, diversification, and technology. This is a 5 phase project with "stackable" components. Each component adds to the previous and future phase in a systematic approach.
My first choice is to work with an established company with on-line expertise and resources, where I am an equity partner/consultant.
My second choice is to find ambitious people (Canada/U.S. preferred) with complimentary skill sets to complete our introductory business plan; complete web development, publish ebooks, define membership structure; interested in research and development, project management, sales and marketing and any real estate support professionals (trades, agents, accountants, lawyers, etc.)
Investment is not required. Profit sharing and permanent equity in all successful deals/transactions/projects you are involved in. Potential for becoming executive = stake in all company projects/profit. Complete details shared at appropriate time and selection.
