Description:
Excell (URL removed) is a web based, college bound player database that colleges search based on pre- selected criteria at no charge to the reviewing institution. As such, this allows for a unique opportunity for men and women high school athletes to get into a college of their choice while playing sports and potentially having a scholarship pay for their education.
