I am looking for a silent 50/50 partner that can invest at least 1 million into real estate. I will do all of the work - the purchase, the fixing, and the sale. We will split the profit made. I am already licensed and insured to complete the work needed. I live in Charleston, South Carolina, but the investor can live anywhere.
