I have a location and facility identified to produce spring bottled water. I am developing a business plan as we speak, there is an exsisting location with two 10,000 gallon tanks, warehouse,bottling facility, and offices. Seven Springs producing 100 gallons per minute each. Acquisition cost of 5mil and I am factoring another mil for an operating budget the first year. I am looking for about six mil. Priliminary projectiopns of about 40- 50% return(net) on invest within three to five years.
What would be a reasonable amount to calculate in on financing working on a 7-10 payback? Would you have any Investor interest, and parameters of terms? What would consulting and or placement fees run?
