Generally the properties would allow for some sort of seller financing. I will be asking you for help with down payment money and possibly closing costs.
Desire is to work with investors who will lend based on the quality of the property, not whether I have experience in this area.
Properties will be professionally managed by people who have experience in this field.
CPA / Accountant will be put into place audit and advise what should be done with property from their point of view.
