GTK utilizes volunteer workers (VW) who are saved and committed Christians. Any (VW) who is not trained successful participates in a 2week-training program at the beginning of their work with GTK. This program provides basic information for (VW) in reaching out to the children.
Volunteer Workers who demonstrate proficiency during the initial training program are invited to participate in an advanced training program to learn effective counseling techniques to reach out to children. Each (VW) will be expected to contribute 3-5 hours each week & continue with GTK for a period of not less than 6months. Currently we have 15 (vw) assisting in this mission.
