High Springs Land Development, is trying to offer affordable housing in this region, we have aquired the lots and the infrastructure has been done with our own funds and now we are seeking the funds to continue this project. The homes will be available for workforce housing, elderly, low income and mixed use, the area is beautiful it is located in Floridas Central , Springs capital of the world, many of the families have been here for generations and only the elderly are present, newer generations have moved away in part because there is no affordable homes, they want to move back but can't. The city is behind this project and all are pulling for its success.
