Description: Internet Dating is the #2 e-commerce industry under adult websites, yet there are approximately 1,600 dating websites in existence as opposed to thousands of adult websites! Internet Dating consumer spending is nearing 1 Billion per year in revenue after less than a decade of existence. True the market is already saturated for the most part. The problem I recognized is 85-90 percent of the women (and men) on 100% of the dating sites are fat & ugly! Attractive people stand out so much online that they are contacted by hundreds of people that they have no interest in or attraction to. This frustrates many attractive people who eventually quit online dating. (URL removed) is Americas only dating website for Beautiful, Attractive people ONLY! Physical attraction is the 1st human response when seeking a mate! It only makes sense to have a dating site based on physical attraction! Besides the giants like (URL removed), (URL removed), (URL removed), (URL removed), (URL removed) startups have turned to NICHE sites like: Jewish, Christian, Gay, Smokers, Millionaires, STD's, Political, BBW, etc.... Some of these niche sites themselves have millions of members. Mostly all dating sites base their revenue on monthly subscription payments. The problem with that is converting free members to paid members. (URL removed) has 18M members but less than 2M pay the $34.99 a month! (That's still $69M a month!) SWAN SINGLES is based on "Contact Stamps", allowing all FREE profile members to purchase another members profile for $(URL removed)ut the cost of buying her a drink! Imagine if we had only 500,000 members and 100,000 of them bought one stamp per month... $700,000 a month! Not at all unrealistic for a GLOBAL site. SWAN SINGLES is controversial! Turning away ugly people is controversial and thereby PRESS WORTHY! Our publicist will launch a national press campaign capitalizing on "How dare they" and "Who are they to judge" which can eventually get us on Oprah, etc... We prepared a 66 page Corporate Bond Offering document to raise 1.2M through selling corporate debt, however the interested buyer only offered to purchase at a 40% discount, which we rejected. We seek $250,000 to launch SWAN SINGLES properly, and make us attractive to second stage debt investors.
