Choice Living markets directly to consumers, major employers, unions, associations and health insurance brokers who are looking for affordable alternatives and value added benefits to traditional health insurance in the face of healthcare reform under the Patient Protection Affordable Care Act.
We are certified by the Nevada Department of Insurance to do business in Las Vegas and Reno as a medical discount card program. We are in the process of launching a 90-day complimentary card program offering Vision and Dental services and will convert those members to paying customers who can also purchase our Wellness, Cosmetic and Limited Medical services.
