My company's has been developing raw land for end user who are builders that buy finished lots. I now want to expand into the renovation area as I have discovered a price point that is in great demand. Land cost forbids development of that price point in the suburban areas. With driving cost increasing more people are looking to move closer to services and jobs. We can buy distressed homes renovate and resale at a great profit. The cash on cash returns are in the 100+% range with some higher. I need an equity partner who can provide $100,000-$500,000 funds to buy the home, cost of renovation, and re-marketeing. I am willing to give the investor a 70% position on the profit generated.
