About Me:
I am a Chef by Trade but looking to open and start my own restaurant consisting of breakfast and lunch only and then in the near future collaborate and turn y night business into an internet café. I have over 20+ years in the restaurant industry and worked me the fast food industry up to hotels and fine restaurants as well.
Menu:
The menu plan is very simple and intriguing to the clientele, yet cost effective to their pocket. With this thought in mind we will be selling any and all of main featured items to the general public at a 32-35% food cost to help offset the burden at hand.
Our menu will be simple but above average starting in the $6-$8 dollar range but not exceeding the $9-$10 range unless requested by catering only.
