Morpheus Digital will be an Austin-based entity part of Crashzoom Entertainment Inc. that may be spun into its own Limited Liability Company. Headquartered in Austin, Texas with an office in Buffalo, New York and a production facility in Warsaw, Poland, it offers 3D simulation and visualization services, and develops new media products. The company consists of three founders, and will hire a lean workforce necessary to operate a digital media venture.
The company’s brain child intellectual properties include 3D social media for use in real estate, emergency planning, education and entertainment, as well as tapping into 3D visualization and simulation services geared to the development of “green” projects promoted under the auspices of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Some projects will be funded by stimulus legislation. Others will be directly financed through congressional budget appropriations, such as for the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) new headquarters in Washington, DC and DHS initiatives to revamp security and traffic flow at U.S. points-of-entry across the nation, as well as through capital works funding like those that have a green light for mass transit.
Morpheus Digital has been in operations on a limited basis in partnership with its Polish production associate for the last 3 years performing 3D visualization and simulation projects in aeronautical and architectural verticals. Over the last year, during the worst of the U.S recession, we have researched and developed strategies to launch a profitable line of business providing simulation and visualization services for environmentally-sound projects promoted under the auspices of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. On another front, our production associate has received purchase offers given the exceptional quality of their output.
