Description:
We are an established swim school with over 1000 students. We are renting space but have deposit on building to purchase for a build out of a permanent facility for the school. The average private school with a facility around the US is teaching 2500-3000 students per week. This is a cash run business that does well. We need a permanent home and need an investor to assist with the purchase of the building (1million) and build out (1 million) for a 2 million dollar project. We have all archetectural plans completed and permits ready to go. We are going on 7 years of being in business and have a sound program and great name in the Denver market. We are located in a high socioeconomic area. TIme is of the essence!
