Description: I would like to start a small ice cream and candy shop. Also serve a limited menu. I found a perfect location, right next to a very busy movie theatre (it would be perfect). I have owned my own mortgage and mortgage processing company for the past 8 years. Unfortuately due to deterorating market conditions I have to look for other work. I have always thought of opening a restaurant, but the start up money would be too high. I really believe I have found the perfect location and strongly believe it would be an over night success because the location is so great. I would only need the loan short term.
