What we envision for Sanctuary Medical Spa P. A. is an upscale Medical Clinic/Spa with noninvasive medical procedures conducted all on the premises by Dr. Anania and her trained and licensed staff, including nurse practitioners, and one other doctor that we may use, if we are over scheduled. We are currently seeking funding with a primary lender. We have not as of yet received funding and have approached the fourth week of the application process. Due to medical financial loans for her medical degree Dr. Anania has a low credit score, and although mine is quite high that is what has been slowing down the process. We have now reached the juncture approaching phase 4 of 5 in the construction build out, we are almost done the actual internal construction of our clinic, and we now require the funds for a full fledged advertising campaign, outdoor signs, and to finish with the most important part of the clinic: the interior design. Our vision is all documented and ready to be forwarded to you at your request. We request a bridge loan in the amount not to exceed US$100,000.
