Over 400,000 fun-loving people have passed through the Clip 'N Climb doors in New Zealand since Spring 2005 and our well-trained teams have created a WOW EXPERIENCE for each and every one of them.
My name is Aeon Jones and I am bringing Clip 'N Climb to the United States of America with our flagship operation in Las Vegas, NV. I am a US Air Force veteran, honorably discharged in spring of 2001. Besides maintaining ground RADAR equipment in New Mexico, Honduras and Germany for our country, I have been an avid, and very passionate, rock climber for almost 20 years. Climbing, gracefully, has also brought me to nearly 15 years of ropes course management and team-building/leadership facilitation.
The initial location has already been chosen in southwest Las Vegas, NV. It is at a central point to the two pockets of our prime demographic with plentiful parking and easy entry/egress just one mile from the local beltway.
I have been working with John Targett and Tim Wethey, the owners of Clip 'N Climb, in order to get this project going here in the USA. I have a complete business plan and a 5-year pro-forma ready for your review.
My goal is $1M to open doors. I have a 720 credit score, $135,000 guaranteed thru family money, and am seeking enough to either finance the business entirely, or get a balance of $450,000 in order to approach a local bank for $550,000, in order to reach $1M. (Includes 3-4 months of operating capital)
SEEKING: Investments of $100,000 to $1M in order to open this, the first of many, successful Clip 'N Climb franchises in the western United States.
