Description: The Market The global market for internal combustion engines in the 40 to 500 HP range, other than for automobiles, is conservatively estimated at 45 million units annually. Of this market, approximately 50% would be application suited for rotary engines. Wankel technology has been proven for 30 years, as for example in the Mazda line of automobiles, and offers significant advantages over traditional 2 and 4 stroke piston engines: they have only 2 moving parts per rotor unit; are lighter in weight; have lower vibration, fuel consumption and emission levels; run cooler and can burn a variety of fuels including bio-fuels. The Opportunity Wankel Super Tec GmbH has recently licensed its technology to L3 Communications, (previously Litton) a well known and well established military contractor, to manufacture engines for the military market. The global utility, power generation, industrial and recreational vehicle (aircraft, marine & land) markets are currently reserved for Global Rotary Power Inc. of Bowmanville, Ontario. The Company Global Rotary Power Inc is poised to enter the market with an exclusive licence from Wankel Super Tec GmbH to manufacture engines in Canada for worldwide sale and distribution, with separate marketing operations on all continents. Engine sales for the first year of production are forecast at 2,200, rising to 30,000 units in 3 years and 200,000 engines in 5 years. The Investment Global Rotary Power Inc is offering a unique investment opportunity to be a part of this venture. A initial capital investment of $22M is required: GRP is prepared to offer 4 investment positions at $5.5M each. These positions include equity and exceptional returns. A complete Business Plan is available, but the opportunity is time limited and is expected to be closed by August 20, 2008. Only serious enquiries will be entertained; a letter from the investor’s banking officer stating that sufficient unencumbered assets are available to consider this investment will be required.
