Description:
We have a new application/design for processing waste food (brown) grease. The health department is our silent partner because they require food handling establishments to be pumped every 3, 4 or 6 months. Our process has no impact on the current infastructure, no landfill impact and is portable and easy to maintain. Our model is scalable. Nationwide is our goal. We have an intense business plan with 3 year projections but we are fine tuning it due to the latest energy cost fluctuations. We already have the pump truck, contacts and process. We need consulting and direction to implement our plan as well as some funding.
