I'm the owner/principal of a small pre-owned car lot.I have been in the retail car business in this area for the last 15 years. I was most recently the General Manager at the local Chevrolet Dealership. So I understand the business and customers in this area. I have 2 employees. We are located on a major street in Houston with unlimited drive by customers potential. All of the license requirement for local and federal goverment have been met. I originally had a partner who back out at the last minute and now I need capital to purchase inventory.
