Description:
I started making ready to cook (frozen) Filipino Egg Rolls better know as LUMPIA. There are three variety/kinds, Vegetarian, Meat and Fish. Then I expanded by doing Pick-Up Catering of our Authentic Filipino Cuicine. My clientele is not only of Filipino dissent but Americans, Mexicans, Chinese, Japanese and others. The city of Visalia is growing and our residents are now well exposed and introduced to our food but there ain't any restaurant that can serve it. I strongly believe that opening a Filipino Restaurant in this part of Central California will be profitable. I have knowledge and the experience of cooking and preparing authentic cuicine from all the regions of our Country. I have been receiving encouraging push from a lot of people to open a restaurant and the only thing that is stopping me is my lack of capital. I am hoping someone out there will help me fulfill this dream of mine - having a restaurant!
