Residential and Non-Residential students of Zilla Parishad Schools, Municipal Schools, (URL removed)h Schools, Social Welfare Schools, Tribal Welfare Schools and Ashram Schools were given computer education. The project involved the setting up of the computer center inside the school premises. Each school (category-wise) was installed with an avg. of 12-15 computers, 2 printers, internet, telephone, etc. 2 graduate computer trained teachers were deployed for each school to teach the students. The study material was given to the students annually based on the curriculum. The project was for a period of 5 years. This program was termed as one of the most prestigious projects of the state govt. AP State Govt. Ration Card Project The aim of the project initiated by the Ministry of Civil Supplies, Govt. of AP, was to ensure all families living in AP should have a Ration Card. The project was initiated in 2005 in a phased manner and concluded in 2007. The unique feature of this project was the introduction of the IRIS camera to capture the eyes of the Ration Card Holders for their identity proof. The project was executed by setting up of DPLs in every Ward of the urban town and every mandal of the rural belt. This project was a highly successful program by the state govt. as it was able to generate cards for the urban as well as for the rural population in a very short period. (I) Ltd. The main scope of this project is the supply of RMC to RINL, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant. This RMC is used for the mass foundations of the expansion work of the plant. The work order is valued at Rs.31.27 crores. The project involves the setting up of the RMC Batching Plant, Cement Godowns, Sand and Black metal bins, Quality control lab and Stores. Cement, Sand, Black-metal and Plasticizer are used in the production of the RMC based on the design-mix given by the consultant, MN Dastoor & Co. The plant will have to be in production mode 24/7. Once the RMC is produced, it is transported to the pouring site. This is done with the help of Transit Mixers which can transport up to 6cmt per load. The pouring may be done with the help of the Concrete Pump or manually. The skilled and semi-skilled labour are used in leveling the concrete poured with the help of vibrators. The Batching plant produces about 200-250 cmt per day. The project started in May 2007 and will continue till 2009 end. Gated Community Housing Colony The project was conceived and designed by us in 2006. The scope of work involves soil excavation, land development, foundations, structural and civil works. Work on a total of 26 independent houses has come to the final stage. The Back-top roads, Children park, Club House and the association office have been completed.
