BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
Club Euphoria, will be a new nightclub focusing on bringing a more upscale scene to the Ogden area. The Nightclub will be located on the corner of Ogden Avenue and 25th street. The Venue will be a total of 6,400 square feet. There will be 4,200 square foot lounge area and a 2,200 square foot dance floor. It will be non-smoking and have a dress code that will be enforced on a daily basis to help assure the image we will strive to provide for our business. The dress code will require men to wear collared shirts with stylish Levis. There will be no hats allowed in the club along with jerseys or tank tops unless we have a themed event for the night. Women must dress classy to get in with no midriffs allowed and their under garments may not show, their skirts must be a decent length, and their top or bottoms may not be transparent. The initial hours of operation will be from 5:00pm till 2:00am four nights a week.
The Venue will create a unique, high energy dance-theme that will cater to college students, military personal, and any working professional in the age range of 21 through 35. This developments location and lack of direct competition are major advantages to this project. The Venue will specialize in bringing in different DJs from around the country. We will also have themed events regularly such as black and white parties, luaus, Mardi gras, 80s night, sports, and holiday themes etc. Go-Go dancers will be on location every Friday and Saturday. A VIP will be available upon request. We will offer a wide variety of beers, wine, and an array of liquors and mixed drinks. We will also have specialty non-alcoholic drinks such as smoothies, soda, energy drinks, juices, and bottled water; we will also offer Roosters non-alcoholic root beer on tap. A "casual" food menu mostly consisting of appetizers will also be available.
Decor of the building will also be very different. Our red neon sign will grab your attention as you pull up to the Venue. As you walk up to the building it will have a very enticing feel to it. The front of the building is all glass so you will be able to see the lounge area from the street. This area will be very elegant with a chandelier that hangs over a large glass table, flower arrangements, a nice black leather sofa and a couple of hot pink love seats. It will be surrounded with black and hot pink drapes that flow from the ceiling to the floor. The inside of the club is very open with tall ceilings and exposed beams. Black and red drapes that hang from the beams will separate different parts of the club. There will be 3 private VIP areas with their own unique set up with their own individual color; they will each have an elegant glass table along with two chairs that will be in the color of that specific VIP section. They will each have a couch that will be black and have the themed color glowing under it to give it a floating effect. Above the rooms will be matching elegant chandeliers along with black and color themed drapes to make each room very private or open the drapes to enjoy a more social experience. Next to the bar there will be another seating area with 5 tables that light up companied with different shapes of ottomans. It will have a Vegas type feel to it with the elegant black and red bar that will light up. The floor will also be black and red in the lounge area. We will also reach out to local artists to have their art displayed in the club to ensure a regular change of decor.
The dance floor which will be black with Euphoria spelled in red is located on the west corner of the building, and is separated from the lounge area. It will contain a four corner sound system, 2 cdj2000 turntables, amazing lighting with lasers, strobe lights, fog machines, and a dancing stage. On the stage will be a new and exciting D.J.s booth to keep the music going. Off the corner of the dance floor there will be an outside deck with tables and chairs we will also be putting heaters out on the deck to provide a smoking area since we are a smoke free establishment.
